What's playing on your iPod?

Two of my all time favorite songs are Greatful Dead's "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" and Bill Wither's "Ain't No Sunshine", but I don't have an iPod. I'm not very technologically savvy. My music taste is all over the place just like my movie taste. I like whatever strikes me but tend to lead toward singer/songwriter material.

How did you start playing pool?

My brother's APA 8 ball team was rated too high so they needed a SL2 on the team. I joined his team and eventually started to learn how to play. Still trying to learn!
Do you have any advice for beginners?

-Don't be easily discouraged or too emotional, it will hold you back and make you weak.
-Be a student and watch great pool be played in addition to playing, it's a free lesson.
-Respect the game, equipment, yourself and others. and most importantly...
-Don't stay up all hours of the night and show up to NWPA events late. You will lose valuable points!
